The Uniview IPC242ER5-DL IR bullet is ideal for perimeter control because of its long range night vision (IR distance of 50m) and access control at gates (cars thanks to its 7 ~ 22 mm Lens you can easily zoom in on number plates).
Ideal for outdoor surveillance, the Uniview IPC242ER5-DL also offers:
Power support and flexibility: The IPC242ER5-DL supports DC12V/AC24V Dual Voltage, PoE powered (with PoE+ you can go as far as 250m with the help of a Uniview NVR that has built in PoE+ ports – depending on cable as well). It is also able to tolerate ±25% voltage fluctuations, which is well above the average ±10% tolerance of regular cameras. This wide voltage range ensures that the IPC242ER5-DL remains stable under fluctuating voltage conditions.
Surge Protection: The IPC242ER5-DL on its own, without any external protection, has a surge protection of up to 6KV. According to research, and inductive stroke 10m from the power cable causes less than 4KV voltage which means that the 6KV surge protection can comfortably satisfy the camera’s daily protection needs.
Integration into pre-existing network: Is ONVIF compliant meaning that it can seamlessly integrate with your already established surveillance network.
Crisp footage quality night and day: Not only does the IPC242ER5-DL use Smart IR with an IR distance of up to 50m, but it also comes with a 120dB WDR function that ensures clear image quality with rich details in sharp contrast lighting (preventing dark or overexposed images).
Corridor Mode: When the 9:16 mode is applied the portion of useful monitoring space/area can be increased up to 80%. Meanwhile, since the vertical angle of view is increased, the blind angle is reduced.
Protection against harsh environments and vandals: The IPC242ER5-DL can function well under -40⁰C~70⁰C, has an IP66 rating (dust tight and withstands powerful water jets).
Other features include:
- Optical glass window
- IR anti-reflection window
- Customised OSD
